Our contributions to the new Lux Nails & Spa location have focused on transforming the interior of an existing commercial space into a fully functioning, code-compliant salon environment. Our scope included interior finish upgrades, as well as substantial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements. Working closely with the client’s vision, we coordinated the installation of new electrical devices and wiring throughout the salon, supporting enhanced lighting, power distribution for salon equipment, and guest-facing amenities. We also oversaw the addition of new plumbing fixtures and piping to accommodate multiple pedicure chairs and hand-washing stations, ensuring proper drainage and efficient water supply. To maintain air quality and comfort, we added new exhaust fans and ductwork designed to meet ventilation requirements specific to salon environments. Each system was integrated with precision to meet local code requirements while supporting the salon’s commitment to luxury and functionality. Through these targeted improvements, we played a key role in delivering a polished, inviting space that reflects the high standards of the Lux Nails & Spa brand.
