Crystal at Cascade Apartments offers residents modern and comfortable living in the heart of the Cascade community. Following a fire incident that impacted multiple areas of the property, a comprehensive restoration effort was undertaken to return the affected spaces to safe, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing condition. The property’s commitment to quality and resident well-being guided each phase of the recovery process, ensuring that every repaired unit met or exceeded the original design and performance standards. The restoration not only repaired damage, but also revitalized the appearance and function of the community—supporting long-term resilience and livability.
Our contributions to the Crystal at Cascade project focused on full-scale fire damage restoration and interior rehabilitation. This included the removal and replacement of damaged drywall board, insulation, interior and exterior doors, windows, and window frames. We coordinated the repair and installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, and flooring materials throughout affected units. Critical mechanical and plumbing systems were also restored, including HVAC units and ductwork, as well as plumbing fixtures and piping. Each element was installed with care to ensure code compliance, energy efficiency, and comfort. Our efforts have helped restore Crystal at Cascade Apartments to a safe, high-quality living environment—ready for residents to return home with confidence.
