Ronnie Kim is a graduate of Ball State University, holding a double major in Fashion Design/Merchandising and double minors in Marketing and ROTC. With a background that spans diverse roles, she has served as an assistant professor in the Korean department at the Defense Language Institute, worked as a reporter, and accumulated over 10 years of experience as an office administrative manager. Ronnie embodies the principles of “lead, care, forward” and brings a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and administrative skills to any professional setting.
As the Office Manager at N-GINEERS, LLC, Ronnie Kim leverages her diverse expertise and dynamic skill set. Ronnie brings a unique blend of creativity and administrative proficiency to her role. With over a decade of experience in office administration, Ronnie excels in navigating the varied demands of N-GINEERS, LLC. Committed to the principles of “lead, care, forward,” she plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and innovation within the company.

Backed by high academic success, Beka Abebe is a seasoned and highly-motivated structural engineer with experiences in various fields such as structural design, construction, teaching, and research. He obtained his PhD in Structural Engineering with honors from Hanyang University, one of the top universities in the world, especially in Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Dr. Beka has a great interest in providing structural design solutions employing the current state-of-the-art design methodology termed as performance-based design. That was in fact the focus area of his doctoral study. Currently, he is involved in design of optimum structures in collaboration with various stakeholders. In a nutshell, his experience in structural design and supervision of buildings spans from governmental mega projects to few-story residential property.
Always in pursuit of new knowledge, he is adept and flexible to accomplishing broad spectrum of tasks successfully; be it fatigue design of ductile cast-iron automotive component or cross-laminated timber bridge design or use of artificial intelligence in seismc design of structures. In recognition, some of his works are published in scientific journals and in the form of a book. At N-Gineers, he is striving to work as a team so that projects are delievered exceeding client’s interest.
Yong Hyuk Oh is a highly experienced architect and project manager with 10+ years career in South Korea, Singapore and U.S. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hanyang University at Seoul majored in Architecture (2011) and a Master of Science in Construction Management from University of Washington at Seattle (2023). Based on the diverse experience in both architectural firms and construction company, he is contributing to overall management of the projects.
He has encompassed every stage of the architectural process, having directly experienced the entire spectrum from preliminary project management, design, bidding, to construction. With hands-on experience in various companies and departments, his accumulated experiences are threaded together like pearls, making him adept at overseeing and managing projects comprehensively. Specializing in the planning and facade design of large buildings, he holds expertise in the intermediate phase of architecture, particularly in Bidding, with participation in numerous public and private projects. So, he possesses strengths in design management during the intermediate stages of both design and construction. This capability can significantly contribute to enhancing the quality of the client’s architectural structures while also minimizing construction costs.
Leveraging diverse experiences in the intermediate stages of architectural design and construction, he holds a keen interest in the ‘Design-Build’ approach to architectural projects. The ‘Design-Build’ method establishes a cohesive collaboration between the Client, General Contractor, and Architect, creating an integrated organization. This approach fosters project openness, facilitating progressive developments in both quality and cost aspects. At N-Gineers, there are numerous instances of successfully executing projects using the ‘Design-Build’ method. Julie Kim is a highly skilled architect and interior designer with over 10 years of experience in both South Korea and the United States. In 2011, she obtained a master’s degree in Interior Architecture from Hongik University’s Graduate School of Architecture & Urban Design in Seoul. Through various design projects in interior and architectural firms, she contributes as a professional with creativity, problem-solving abilities, and advanced technical skills.
She has primarily undertaken projects in a diverse range of commercial and industrial spaces, including hotels, mixed-use developments, golf clubhouses, exhibition halls, offices, water parks, spas, factories, warehouses, and more. She has been responsible for overseeing the entire scope of work, from conceptual design to detailed planning and construction, across various commercial and industrial projects.
In the contemporary atmosphere that demands innovative thinking in the fields of interior design and architectural planning, she unfolds a new approach to architectural design, breaking free from conventional and rigid preconceptions. She integrates design and practicality, exploring dynamic environments that call for groundbreaking ideas. Byungkwan is a dedicated and highly skilled structural engineer with over 8 years of diverse experience in structural design and construction management. Throughout their career, Byungkwan has had the opportunity to work across various sectors, including residential buildings, commercial structures, and infrastructure projects such as bridges and retaining walls. With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kyonggi University, Byungkwan has gained international experience, having worked in both the U.S. and South Korea. Their expertise spans a wide range of materials, including wood, steel, masonry, concrete, and prestressed concrete.
Byungkwan's specialization lies in the structural design of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects, with a focus on ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. They also have expertise in bridge load rating and evaluation, as well as temporary shoring and retaining wall design.

Sangjin is a highly accomplished professional holding a Bachelor’s of Art in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley with honors. With notable academic achievements, Sangjin brings over 6 years of extensive architectural design experience to N-Gineers. His diverse portfolio includes involvement in various projects such as commercial tenant improvements in SFO, facade design, office daylighting, and electrical lighting consulting for Google in Sunnyvale, California. Sangjin has successfully contributed to high-end residential projects in California and South Korea, along with the completion of a Marriott Courtyard hotel project in Sejong, South Korea. Additionally, he possesses a background in Construction Management, overseeing projects ranging from high-end residential developments in Korea to multi-phased apartment complexes in Mactan, Cebu, Philippines. Sangjin’s design philosophy emphasizes constructability, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail.
In his current role as a Project Manager at N-Gineers, Sangjin leads commercial projects, leveraging the clean design details he has developed throughout his career. Additionally, as an Architectural Energy Modeler, he specializes in energy modeling, daylighting, and electric lighting simulations. His expertise extends to addressing challenges such as exterior building reflections, shadow module studies, and workstation glare and veiling reflection issues.

Martin is a highly experienced MEP Designer with 5+ years career in Kazakhstan, Greece and U.S. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Istanbul Technical University at Istanbul, Turkey (2019) Based on the diverse experience in both consulting firms and construction company, he is contributing to overall management of the projects.
In his current role as a Mechanical & Plumbing Designer at N-Gineers, Martin spearheads projects by integrating innovative mechanical and plumbing solutions tailored to clients' needs. Drawing from his extensive experience, Martin specializes in optimizing building systems for energy efficiency, sustainability, and functionality.
Outside of work, Martin is a passionate outdoors enthusiast with a love for hiking and camping. He often ventures into the wilderness, seeking new trails to explore and breathtaking landscapes to admire. Martin's adventurous spirit extends to his interest in photography, where he captures the beauty of nature through his lens, documenting memorable moments and stunning vistas. Eunsung is a seasoned architect and Principal Project Manager at N-Gineers, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in architectural design with a focus on industrial and high-tech facilities. He holds a diploma in architecture from the University of Stuttgart in Germany and began his career at the internationally renowned firm Behnisch Architekten, where he contributed to major global competitions including the Harvard Allston Science Complex. His early work emphasized sustainable design and technical innovation, laying the foundation for his integrated design approach.
For the past 15 years, Eunsung has played a key leadership role at SAMOO Architects & Engineers, where he has managed the design and execution of numerous Samsung-affiliated industrial projects worldwide. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from planning and permitting to design and construction—with a strong track record in delivering complex, large-scale facilities such as semiconductor fabs, battery plants, and display factories. His collaborative work with multinational engineering teams and stakeholders has been critical to meeting the rigorous technical demands of advanced manufacturing environments.
