Eben Silver Town is a premier Korean-American senior living community located in Suwanee, Georgia. Positioned within the heart of Gwinnett County’s vibrant "Korean Town," this gated, multi-story facility offers a combination of independent and assisted living designed to meet cultural, language, and care-specific needs. With amenities ranging from gourmet dining—including Korean cuisine—to wellness programs, transportation, and on-site medical support, Eben Silver Town serves as a culturally responsive oasis for seniors.
Our role in the Eben Silver Town project centered on delivering complete A.S.M.E.P. (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services for the development of an entirely new building. From the earliest planning stages, we collaborated closely with project stakeholders to ensure the design aligned with regulatory requirements, site constraints, and the overall vision for the space.
Each discipline was seamlessly coordinated to deliver a cohesive, code-compliant set of construction documents. The architectural design focused on layout efficiency and user experience, while the structural systems were tailored to support long-term durability and adaptability. Mechanical and electrical systems were engineered for performance and energy efficiency, and the plumbing design ensured optimal function with future scalability in mind.
By providing fully integrated A.S.M.E.P. solutions, we laid the foundation—literally and figuratively—for Eben Silver Town to move forward with confidence, setting the stage for a successful and impactful addition to the Suwanee community.
