Our contributions to the Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas project were diverse and strategically implemented across multiple zones of the property. A key component of the work included full A.S.M.E.P. (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination to support all phases of the upgrades. This began with the addition of a concrete slab at the existing storage shelter to increase load-bearing surface area and improve outdoor storage reliability. To enhance site safety and acoustic comfort, we added a sound barrier near high-traffic or equipment-heavy zones. Additional upgrades included electrical work within the main office space to support reconfigured layouts, as well as the installation of new industrial storage racks to improve material organization. We also developed conceptual 3D renderings for a proposed training center, helping stakeholders visualize future upgrades focused on professional development and product education.

The project scope further included the installation of traffic-calming features such as speed bumps and stop signs, improving vehicle and pedestrian safety throughout the facility. We also coordinated the interior renovation of existing office areas to modernize workspaces and align them with Hyundai’s evolving operational needs. Additional features such as a new equipment wash station, electrical switch relocation, and the addition of a canopy for weather protection were incorporated to streamline field operations and ensure site-wide usability in all conditions. Through detailed planning, permitting, and execution, our team helped Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas elevate the functionality, safety, and long-term value of its Norcross facility. Each upgrade was carefully designed to integrate with existing infrastructure while supporting Hyundai’s commitment to performance, innovation, and operational excellence.
