Our team was engaged to provide Civil Engineering, Architectural, Structural & HVAC Design Services for the expansion of the Rogersville facility. The scope included the addition of a 20,000 square foot, 7-story Enamel Tower, along with a payoff area and a warehouse expansion.
The architectural design focused on integrating the new Enamel Tower and warehouse addition with the existing facility, ensuring efficient circulation and a layout suited to ongoing manufacturing operations. The structural design was developed to support the unique demands of a multi-story enamel tower alongside the expanded warehouse and payoff areas, with attention to load requirements and long-term durability.
Our team also provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering tailored to the facility's industrial processes, ensuring each system met applicable codes while supporting Sam Dong's manufacturing operations.
