Upon check-in, guests are provided with a secure locker and a comfortable set of sauna uniforms for their convenience. Guests are welcome to indulge their palate at the food court, offering a delectable array of options ranging from traditional Korean cuisines to savory chicken dishes and popular beverages. While their flagship services encompass Korean-style body scrubs and yoni steam treatments, their repertoire extends to include traditional full-body massages, ensuring a comprehensive pampering experience tailored to everyone's individual preferences.
As an integral part of the development team for the new Spa Land and Sauna project, we have played a crucial role in ensuring the success of the venture through our comprehensive involvement in structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans review, and revision processes. Our team of experts meticulously reviewed and analyzed the structural plans to guarantee the safety, integrity, and efficiency of the building's framework, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. In parallel, our thorough examination of the MEP plans allowed us to assess the functionality, sustainability, and optimal performance of the facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
