Within a remarkable timeframe of seven months, N-Gineers successfully conceptualized, developed, and executed Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing plans, alongside effective Hazardous Material Management, for four buildings and an outdoor storage facility for a new chemical plant. The cumulative floor area of these structures, totaling approximately 172,400 square feet, underscores our commitment to comprehensive project management. Notably, two of the buildings are designated for mixed occupancy, featuring industrial hazards. N-Gineers demonstrated its capability to comprehensively understand and streamline the intricate manufacturing processes associated with lithium-ion batteries, thereby implementing optimal solutions to meet the client's exacting requirements.

Soulbrain MI, a prominent supplier within the electric vehicle sector, has strategically planned to commence operations in Kokomo, Indiana, by the culmination of 2025. As a subsidiary under the esteemed Soulbrain Holdings, headquartered in South Korea, the company has earmarked an initial investment of $75 million towards erecting a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning 30,000 square feet in Kokomo. This new establishment is specifically tailored to bolster the production capacity of high-purity electrolytes crucial for lithium-ion batteries, thereby fortifying the burgeoning electric vehicle industry within the region. Aligned with the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance's industrial park initiative, the company ceremoniously broke ground in March 2023, marking a pivotal milestone in their expansion endeavors. The Indiana Economic Development Corporation, recognizing the significance of this venture, has pledged up to $1.1 million in incentives to facilitate the investment's seamless integration.
