First IC Bank, Ga

Our team was engaged to lead the full design and permitting scope for a brand-new 20,000 SF, two-story flagship bank building in Johns Creek, reflecting First IC Bank’s growth and architectural presence. Beginning with schematic design, we developed site plans, 3D visualizations, and interior space layouts to establish a functional and inviting banking environment. A comprehensive parking lot study was conducted to optimize traffic flow, accessibility, and zoning compliance.
From there, we produced all civil engineering documentation, including hydrology studies, stormwater design, and landscaping plans. These were submitted to the city and county for permit review, and we worked closely with officials to incorporate all required revisions based on feedback from the plan review process.
Our architectural and structural teams collaborated to design a modern, client-focused financial space that meets both aesthetic goals and code standards. The building was engineered with durability and expansion potential in mind, providing long-term flexibility for First IC Bank’s operational needs.
We also delivered a full A.S.M.E.P. package, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans and details—each coordinated to support the building’s energy efficiency, user comfort, and daily functionality. All owner-approved documentation was submitted for permitting, and we led multiple rounds of revisions and responses based on municipal comments, ensuring a smooth review process.
