KMIN USA, a key player in automotive component manufacturing, continues to grow its U.S. operations with the expansion of its facility in Valley, Alabama. To support increased production and logistics efficiency, KMIN initiated the development of a 43,000-square-foot storage building adjacent to its existing operations.
Our team provided full A.S.M.E.P. (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services for the new addition, beginning with a comprehensive site visit and field survey to assess existing conditions and inform design accuracy. The architectural plans and details focused on efficient spatial layout and code-compliant access, while the structural scope included complete foundation design to support the pre-engineered structure above.
Our electrical and mechanical plans and details were tailored to the operational requirements of the new storage facility, ensuring sufficient power distribution, lighting, and ventilation systems to support long-term use.
By delivering a coordinated set of permit-ready construction documents, our work enabled KMIN USA to move forward with a streamlined and well-integrated expansion—supporting their mission to enhance operational capacity and facility functionality in a fast-growing industrial corridor.
