MISS A is a fast-growing national beauty and cosmetics retailer known for offering affordable, trend-forward products in a vibrant and engaging store environment. With new locations opening across multiple states, each project requires a thoughtful balance between brand consistency and site-specific requirements. Our team has been instrumental in supporting these tenant build-outs by providing full design and permitting services tailored to each location’s conditions. From outlet centers to suburban shopping corridors, we’ve worked closely with MISS A to ensure every store reflects the brand’s identity while meeting local code and operational needs.
Our scope of work has included detailed site evaluations, demolition planning, and the development of architectural and M.E.P. construction documents. We coordinated with local authorities to manage plan reviews, respond to jurisdiction-specific comments, and secure all necessary permits. Our interior remodel plans were designed to meet the functional demands of retail operations, incorporating display zones, point-of-sale areas, and support spaces while aligning with MISS A’s national design standards. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were integrated to support the brand’s lighting and power needs, HVAC performance, and plumbing fixtures. By delivering code-compliant, permit-ready design packages across multiple states, we have helped streamline construction and support consistent rollouts for MISS A’s growing retail footprint.
